How to crack interview : By a holding interview man

If people knew how hard I had to work to gain my mastery, it wouldn't seem wonderful at all.--Michael Angelo

Today everyone, commencing from the church pop to mom asking about the job interview only. Here just asking some perplexed questions to my readers, because I don’t have a right flow of thought process at this moment. Let’s move to the topic:

What is hard work? Is it really aids in interview?

If you will say this to your children, then he/she will sure replay as
Hard work never goes waste, but why takes a chances dad.

Many get so nervous when they being interviewed and end up berating themself afterward for forgetting what they supposed to do.it is a general problem with everyone, what I believe is ….if you will count the failure bites…

I’ve gotten better with more practice but nothing’s like sitting in that hot seat!!!!

Of course, this generation believes in smart work. We have studied this in our managerial classes. Management is getting things done through others.
One of my favorite author (shiv kher ) given this statement in his book, which states the following

Hard work is both a beginning and an end in itself. The harder a person works, the better he feels; and the better he feels, the harder he works. The best ideas will not work unless you work the ideas. Great talent without will power and hard work is a waste.

So always try to be the driver, in any kind of  interview, and drive the whole way with your own desire and will. Make your favorite topic the DISEL of your car so that it will cover a long distance. As one of my favorite professor (DR. D.N. Murthy (IFIM B-SCHOOL)) given this ultimate advice to me.

Really will power matters every time you start any kind of work/activity. If you want a positive result out of your job then turn on your will power, otherwise they will simply call this job as useless.
